BX Private Credit 2023
I applied on a whim a couple of weeks ago and just got an invitation to do the Pymetrics Video Interview (I was normally focused on IB, with a passing interest in PE - applied for 2023 PE at BX and a couple of other firms but didn't get far). Now I don't really know what to make of that and if they just give it out to most people, but I don't know the first thing about private credit. If anyone is in this process or has gone through this process in past years, could you possibly redirect me to some resources to learn? Any interview tips for BX in particular? How important is networking to move on to further rounds? Thanks!

Yes, the pymetrics video is by no means a first round and is not selective at all. Private credit is also 99% chance filled
