Campbell Lutyens and J.P. Morgan announce strategic collaboration in the secondary advisory market

Any thoughts on this and the implications of the secondaries market? Also if someone on the inside of Campbell could disclose salary for London at the analyst, associate and above levels that would be great :)

Hey man thanks for this - is this base? Any idea what bonus looks like? Also do you have any info on work life balance and generally how late are you working in the office?

This is base only, sorry should have made the precision.
Bonus will (obviously) depends on your performance but as far as I am aware, if you are good, you will get up to 100%, you are also entitled to shares in the company and other perks. If things have not changed, bonus is 100% cash but paid in instalments throughout the year (3 or 4 I think).
I think people generally work pretty hard which you see on their creds given the names but it seems a decent environement if you are into placement agents.
