Anyone check the 2022 Heidrick Struggles comp report? I skimmed it, but...$6mm in carry for average MF PARTNER (Page 15)????? And $10-12mm for MM / UMM partners? Makes no sense to me. This number was in the 30s / 40mm like a year ago. How can DAW go down that much?
