Hi everyone,
I am currently interviewing for a role as VP - Head of M&A at a PE-backed business. My comps will be base + bonus + a share of the MIP. Do you guys know how the equity incentivization work? Will I have to invest some of my own money or will I receive an equity stake in the business? How do you go about negotiating your salary with the other side?
