Can't give you a full picture but can give you a few data points:
+ CPP PE: Has a dedicated value creation team (see linked Associated/Senior Associate role presently being advertised https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/CPPInvestments/743999791226333-associa…).
+ BCI PE: Unclear, but I know their Infra team has some value creation folk on their bench so potentially yes.
+ OMERS PE: Has a dedicated value creation team which they call "Strategy & Operations" or "Operations & Strategy" (both titles are used by the requisite MDs).

Any idea on comp at the Associate / Senior Associate level at a shop like CPP for value creation? I've seen some figures for the investment team but curious how much lower value creation would be.
Unfortunately I don't. There is an excellent Heidrick & Struggles report dedicated to this space for North America but it doesn't provide any indication of if/how Canadian roles line up (as a subset of North America).
