Coming out of Cambridge, I have been debating whether to go to T Rowe Price for internship or ECI? I know that not many Private Equity houses will hire undergrads, so I thought ECI might be an interesting place to work. Are their exit prospects strong? What is their compensation structure like? Thanks!

To be honest, both interest me equally. I'd be more than happy to work for either if I were lucky enough to secure places (final stage interview for TRP coming up soon). At this point, I'm more interested in the comparative culture/pay, work-life balance
Generally speaking the better choice, at least in my opinion, would be to start at a larger organisation i.e. TWP, as they have more resources to train you
