Entry-level PE or MM bank with "bad" exits?

I have the opportunity to start at a MM bank within M&A. The problem is that the bank has "bad" PE exits, however, multiple people have managed to lateral in the past. Interestingly enough, I also have 2 FT offers from European MM PE (think Gimv/Rivean/Wendel). My long-term goal is to work in the UMM space (I have done 3 buyout internships in UMM PE firms), preferably in London.

What would be the wisest choice?
