Fair compensation for Aso 1

2nd year analyst at a BB, recently received an offer from a MM / UMM PE firm next year. What's considered market comp for a role like this? Understand there is wide variation but wanted to get some data points. Offer is all-in ~280k expected, no co-invest or minuscule amount of carry or anything. Not NYC (Chicago / SF / LA).

Got it, was just wondering if it was normal to trade-off slightly higher cash comp for no carry / co-invest -- part of the reason I joined this fund was for the potential to participate in the upside but perhaps it just comes at a slightly higher level. Wasn't sure what normal cash comp is in NYC / SF / LA / Chicago for funds like this (1-5bn fund size range, sector focus) but have heard of peers at 300k+ at the high end and 240k on the lower end
