Feeling that I’m learning nothing

I’ve been a PE analyst at a UMM/MF for a year now, and I feel like I haven’t learned anything technical, it’s more/only about execution. Tbh, I’m feeling a bit down about it (i) I’d love to learn more (or at least re-learn) the technical side, what resources would you recommend (knowing that I’m working in the industry) ? (ii) Has anyone been through this? How did you approach to change the situation?
