Final round interview with Megafund advice?

So I have a third round coming up at one of the top funds. and I'm really stumped on how I should be preparing since we've covered all bases. From what I was told from HR after the second round, the next stage will probably be with the associate/VP again. The interview line up looked like this (30 minutes /1-1 interviews);
1st round - Associate, VP, VP
2nd round - Managing Director and Principal

There's only one spot available and I'm guessing it's down to the final 2/3, so really want to nail this..At this point, how can I really push myself over the line? Is it going to come down to fit at this point?

I'm waiting on final details, but I don't think I'm going to be meeting anyone new.
