Career Resources
More common (by far) at the senior level. A lot of the skill sets are the same (networking, soliciting mandates, pay-if-you-win fee tructure, negotiation, very much more driven by people than numbers, etc.), and by the time you're more senior you (A) know what banking is and have a bit of a network going in banking circles, and (B) might want to take a step back, work more to your family schedule, step away from the brutal IB deal timelines, etc.
But don't expect that recruiters targets AN / AS / VP levels will be ex-bankers, and of course not all senior recruiters are ex-bankers either. A lot work their way up the recruitment ranks.
Do headhunters often recruit PE interns through LinkedIn in Europe/UK?
