Warburg Pincus, but probably has the sweatiest hours and worst culture on the street in London. Would not go there under any circumstances.
I have shat on Warburg many times here and agree with most of what you said, but I dont think they are the worst in London - H&F slightly edges it. They also never promote associates which makes it even worse (3 promotions over last ~6 years, with 2 being last year).
good experience though for 2 years and much more worth it than warburg all things considered. atleast H&F has (or should say had) some good returns to back up the sweatiness
Last time I heard they offered the promotion to an associate, he declined and went to BX Growth because of how bad it is…..
What do they do when they don’t promote? Encourage associates to go to MBA (sponsored?) or some exit plan with a few months to let them figure out?
