I have shat on Warburg many times here and agree with most of what you said, but I dont think they are the worst in London - H&F slightly edges it. They also never promote associates which makes it even worse (3 promotions over last ~6 years, with 2 being last year).

good experience though for 2 years and much more worth it than warburg all things considered. atleast H&F has (or should say had) some good returns to back up the sweatiness

Last time I heard they offered the promotion to an associate, he declined and went to BX Growth because of how bad it is…..
