Which stage in the process did u get ghosted in? Did u get ghosted after submitting applications? Did u get ghosted after having a few rounds of interviews?
Normally it doesn't matter. The headhunters are just incentivized to find the most suitable candidate for a role to get their fees. They may ghost you for a role but if future opportunities come up they'll still reach out to you again assuming you had a solid profile.
