Green Card Sponsorship Post MBA PE

Know this applies to a very small section of this forum. Currently on a H1B and will be attending B School this year. Do Post-MBA pe roles generally sponsor a green card given it is viewed as more of a career track? I will only have 2 years of my h1b left (have done 4 years already).

For some background, went to a target, worked at top bank and 2 years at Megafund in nyc

Will you be doing your business school part-time while you keep the H1b?

If the purpose of your stay is purely focused on schooling, you should be on F1 and would re-apply for H1b afterwards.  After 2x3 H1b is exhausted, there is also a rule that you'd have to leave the country.

sorry, can't say that much regarding the gc question within PE (even though I work in PE).
Either the bank or the mega fund should have filed for the GC already, IMO.
