Headhunter Ghosting Post Interview
I recently did a process with via a headhunter. It has been over 2 weeks but I have yet to hear back from the headhunter. I have chased several times
Is this normal in Europe? No updates or feedback at all?
Have you tried calling their # to chat?
They did not answer… Is this normal?
I was expecting at least an email saying I am unsuccessful if that is the case
Anyone facing the same issue?
Since headhunters get paid by successfully placing you, it is in their best interest to hunt you down if the company wants to move forward with your candidacy. Therefore, if you don't hear from anyone (fair or not) you should assume you're dinged.
