Hi Monkeys, I’ve been offered an extension at my off-cycle stint til end of the year and they told me much earlier than I expected. But I have a MF PE summer internship lined up which I really don’t want to miss out on.
What’s the best way to approach and negotiate around this. I know you can’t always have your cake and eat it, thought I got to try.
Advice? Approach supervisor first? HR first?
