Hours at Cerberus Capital Management (London office)

Hi guys I am new on this forum, but I spend a lot of time on it. Thanks a lot for all the informations, it's really helpfull. I have a question regarding this PE fund: Cerberus Capital Management. Has anyone heard about the hours in this fund in the London office? Is it closer to KKR's Culture or MM culture? By the way, any advice on KKR hours in London? Same as in the US? Thanks a lot Regards

London, but assume its follows the Cerb culture of working to the bone as Feinberg does himself. The NY office (I have a friend) works incredibly hard, as hard as my friends at KKR/Apollo. During deals, and they are always looking at deals, they probably do more analysis and diligence than any other major PE fund, they don't rely nearly as much on consulting firms to do their diligence. Great learning experience, they will be active in these markets (don't worry about headlines, they will be fine most likely, just reputational blows) but you will likely get worked very hard even in London.

Heavily predicated on the MD/Partner on your deal. Feinberg set a culture of setting a meeting time and not coming in till much after but obviously since he's the owner everyone waited around until he decided to come in. With that, a lot of the other senior guys have seen it fit to do so which in turn can make the culture very pressured and sweaty. Can't speak to London specifically but certainly the case in NYC
