How to make the “jump”?

Hi Monkeys,

Completely new here, but need your help: after 4 tiring years at BB in London, I’m keen to make the jump onto the buyside. Have obviously been reaching out to the usual suspects (KEA, Altus, Angove, PER, anyone I missed?) but I was wondering if there is anything else I should do to increase the odds?

Many thanks!
