Hey all!
I’m an incoming 2nd year analyst at a top BB. I have not recruited this past process (2023 oncycle) for a variety of reasons, but have recently realized that I do want to go into PE. I’m ok with staying on as a 3rd year analyst / 1st year associate if needed - but would the PE firms be receptive to me recruiting via the 2024 oncycle process?
