Anyone working in infra has told me Ed Bodmer is wack, he's helpful if you have nothing else but can add more confusion / not be an effective use of time

Ed Bodmer is sharing some interesting materials, including commercial contracts and deal documentation.
Don’t work in infra or PF, but have heard that Ed B. is good. Ghetto ahh website but he has a lot of useful free resources. PF models are no joke, I really hope that infra PE groups don’t actually do this shit from scratch. Even coming from a pretty tense modeling group, this shit is way too tough.
PF modeling is generally transferable amongst constituent asset types, in my opinion (I work in renewables). Anything specific you are interested in?
