Infra / PF docs resource

Hi all, wanted to see if anyone has good recommendation on resources / books for infra / project finance docs? Both from sponsor and lender perspective.

Many thanks in advance!

Don’t work in infra or PF, but have heard that Ed B. is good. Ghetto ahh website but he has a lot of useful free resources. PF models are no joke, I really hope that infra PE groups don’t actually do this shit from scratch. Even coming from a pretty tense modeling group, this shit is way too tough.

PF modeling is generally transferable amongst constituent asset types, in my opinion (I work in renewables). Anything specific you are interested in?
