InfraRed Capital Partners London

Was looking for opinions on the firm. Have heard comp is low but WLB is good (don't know what that means because this is PE). Would love to hear insights on these two as well as what exits would you have open if you join as an Analyst. Thanks!

It’s not PE, rather a listed fund investing with a super core strategies. Hence, low comp and better hours.

Thanks. What does better hours mean though? Are we talking ~60 hours or do you mean you won't have those 80+ weeks? Any other information would. be appreciated too.
