Heard a lot about the US office (good culture, good pay and WLB but sourcing tracker and poor fundraising) but no intel on London office.
Curious to hear the usual, WLB, team setup, culture & promotion, hiring freeze / availability, comp and carry, deal flow as well as if fundraising has improved after tech rebound.
