Internship relevance for Associate roles (London)
Have completed a few internship in the sell and buy side and looking to complete one MF internship for 6 months before starting my Analyst program in IBD. The firm will not convert me but I was wondering whether internship in MF will signal / make recruitment easier in two years time when gunning for the buy side? Besides the motivation part, do you guys think that HH are more likely to reach out to people who have the MF internships?
