Items on CIM BS - How to model?

Hello, if in a CIM there is an existing Def. tax liability on the BS, as well as an arrangement fee and maybe other liabilities, - how do you model this on the BS in future years? How is this coming into the Sources & uses?

Also, tangible and intangible assets - how do you model these? just net of depreciation for tangible and amort for intangible? thank you!
