IIRC, they only had openings for off-cycle analysts(6-month duration) in their RE team. I'm pretty sure they didn't take summer analyst in any of the teams but i could be wrong.
Know a person from bath who did a long term placement there and knew nothing about finance before the role. Unsure if there is conversion
