Unless KKR is significantly different than other PEs in London, MBAs are not a thing here
A lot of people will have masters degrees though. Especially at the analyst level. The analysts will have 1-1.5 YEO through internships. It’s not a straight from undergraduate with a summer in banking type of analyst gig.
