Looking for benchmarks for London Infra PE comp. I'll start at my shop, UMM/MF (recruits almost exclusively post-MBA):
Aso 1-2: 100-120 base, 75-125% bonus
VP: 135 base starting, 75-125% bonus
I know its low but looking to see how low

Core plus European fund who does minorities, co-control and buyout (Hidden gem in my opinion)
