London Infrastructure Funds with Meritocratic Culture?

I’m currently an Associate at a large infrastructure fund in London, facing challenges such as nepotism and limited advancement prospects as a result, which is made worse by the fact that the firm is not doing well fundraising wise and deal flow is shit. I’m considering a lateral move to a firm with a more meritocratic culture and advancement prospects.

What are the infra funds in London known for their good culture and meritocratic environment?

Not sure about specific names but usually I would say smaller teams where people have space to grow are what you should aim for. Typically in teams which have more than 20-25 people and submit NBOs once every two months or so, people will create whatever bullshit work and promote themselves on inexistent bases to justify their salary and progression. Absolutely avoid these places, you don’t learn shit, work on non-sense to help someone else further their career and literally waste your time
