London PE Consumer focused Off cycle opportunities, networking etc.
I will be traveling to the United Kingdom next year to complete my studies and would like to use this time to explore off-cycle internships. I had previously completed various finance internships, but I recently recognized that my area of interest is mainly centered on the retail/consumer/luxury sector. I'm familiar with L Catterton and a few other little boutiques, but I'm not sure how difficult it is to get sponsored. Any suggestions? Networking opportunities? Recommended consumer-focused boutiques to start at?
