What's the point in hiding the company (not that you did a good job - Skill Capital)?
Doesn't really seem like a real PE role but yeah 40k is really not bad in the wider scheme of British grad schemes so not surprised at the interest. + Grad hiring rn is fucked.
3,000 applicants from where only 100 are really qualified
90 min. final interview and case = 70% of those 100 fail, and you have 30 people that are really made for it.
This is a grad job so most decent applicants need to have a string of good internships (preferably at a solid IBD firm) beforehand to even be considered.
I'd wager 95% of those applicants don't have that.
