Macquarie London Real Asset

Is anyone currently in the process for their Analyst or Associate recruitment? I’ve completed the first-round interview and the modelling test, and was then invited to take the psychometric assessment. I haven’t heard back since completing that assessment, despite following up. My application status still shows as ‘Assessment.’ I do have other interviews in the pipeline that are moving quite quickly, so I’d like to know whether this delay is normal or if they might be progressing with other preferred candidates while keeping me in the pool.
