Recently signed my offer on-cycle. Just to benchmark the associate 1 comp landscape, what are the signing bonuses at the major MFs and UMMs. Was given $150 base with an est. total comp of ~$340 and no signing bonus. Is this standard?

Our UMM fund pays ~$335K for AS1. $150K base + $175K bonus + $10K signing. So all-in comp is pretty close to that but there's a modest signing bonus.
MF, ~$350k all in, no signing bonus
Mine is 150+150+10k sign = 310k first year
