Mid Market Fund to Large Cap (London)
I got an offer from a MM fund. Not exactly the space I am targetting
How hard is it to make the move to a Large Cap / UMM, if I decide this isnt for me?

It happens occasionally, but I’ve never seen anyone quit unless they either were crap or their fund couldn’t keep raising more money. Suspect once you join a fund it’s broadly where you’ll stay, and even at a well performing MM fund you should have a reasonably clear path to MD with the potential to clip £1m+ a year so not a huge incentive to go through with the hassle of interviews.
Hard but achievable, sector / exits / experience matter.
