MM Funds with good life balance?

Hello!

I am a BB IB analyst looking to move to the buyside in London, I was wondering if anybody has heard of any MM funds with good hours or reasonable work life balance? Excluded megafunds as I believe they are too much of a risk so went straight to the MM ones. Any names with good hours (or those with terrible ones also welcome in the post!) do please let me know? Will also be reaching out associates in LinkedIn but wanted to post in case anybody had names on the top of their head (or due to personal experience!)

Thanks a lot!

I assume OP is looking for firms that have some WLB not asking where they can go to work 40 hours a week. I’d also be interested to see which firms are better than others (like what firms are the opposite of the Apollo’s of the world). Another big part of WLB is predictability and weekend availability and there are definitely firms that are better than others. I’d be interested to hear on the US side as well

In fact! I am an IB analyst at a BB so I am aware of what working long hours is like, just wanted to make sure my next move goes towards a better WLB rather than going to banking 2.0 :)

I know someone at Livingbridge who has never remained past 7:30 and another at Inflexion who had never remained past 9. They both seem super chill, but the comp reflects that. I also think carry is off the table until you get really high up, might be wrong so someone please correct me.
