Currently I'm in a BB think GS, MS, JPM and received a LMM PE offer.
I would ideally like to be in an UMM / MM PE fund long term
Should I accept the offer? How hard is it to transition from LMM to UMM / MM role? What are the trade offs of accepting / no accepting the offer?
