Non compete clause - do funds enforce it [UK]?
Have a 2 months non compete clause in my contract - for this period (which is after the notice period) I am not allowed work for a competitor while not being paid by my current firm. Do you know if some funds have sued employees (at VP level or around) for not respecting it, and if they got anything out of it?
