Off Cycle 2024 UMM/MF Firms Still Hiring?

Hi All,

Current 1st year analyst in a strong BB coverage group. Like many others, I wasn’t prepared for the on cycle 2024 process and didn’t manage to secure an offer. Coming up on 1 year on the desk, I’m frantically searching for UMM/MF 2024 opportunities as I don’t want to have to take a 3rd year as an analyst.

Does anyone what UMM/MF firms are still recruiting? Also, is it just me or has off cycle/PE recruiting in general been slower in 2024? Seems like the market has really cooled off from 2023 and I’m more than a little bit scared that I won’t have something locked down after my 2 years. Any and all commentary/advice would be helpful.

Hey guys, bumping this thread. Does anyone know of any firms hiring off-cycle 2024 or any near term associate opps? I know I'm late to the game but hoping to land something over the next couple months
