Does anyone have any experience with waiting to hear back after final rounds? How long was the wait? How did it turn out?

Very well can depend on the firm. But from my experience, being on the waiting game, especially for a competitive process, can mean that they are waiting on another candidate to sign before sending out rejections. Especially if it's been a few days. However, my current firm only interviewed me (top fund - I networked for an interview) and the waiting game was a few days because they were chasing HR. Never trust HR lmao. Good luck.
My experience was 1 week after final rounds before receiving my offer.

This probably isn’t helpful but I’ve seen a wide range. I would say most places try to get back within a day but I’ve also seen people take as long as 2 weeks to a month to get offers.
