PE Case Study

Hi all,

I am doing a case study over the weekend. The ask is to LBO a healthcare company, deal happened back in the early 2010’s. I was given essentially non existing materials and vague instructions. Questions are 1. Should I create presentation materials as if the deal got done today (lots of problems around reimbursements) or stick to the materials I was given (2010’s). 2. D&A in the historical financials is wildly different from the D&A from the EBITDA reconciliation in the slide deck. How should I think about this?
