24 hour - PE Case Study

A lot of interview case studies I've been doing are 4 hour to week-long take home case studies but have never done a 24 hour case study before. Could anyone lay out exactly whats expected in a 24 hour timeframe / have time to potentially chat offline about mechanics?

A three statement LBO model and IC memo are expected - could anyone outline/set expectations for them in depth?
