PE Interview DD Report Round - How?

I am a rising sophomore business student and I have become interested in finance as a career path though am definitely a little behind the curve.

I have a PE intern analyst interview coming up for a small fund where I have been asked to create a mock DD report and be able to present it in ten minutes. I have next-to no clue how to actually do this. I understand the general process but not exactly how a slidedeck should look. I have been given acquisition criteria and a full profile on the target company (financial statements, customer profile, growth strategy, market summary, etc.) Any tips/advice?
