Calendar year comp and promotion cycle even for analysts unlike most banks
Assoc salaries seem pretty light compared to IB street standard of 175k for Assoc1 (what were they at before?). And were bonuses raised as well or only salaries?
PE Associate street pay hasn't really caught up yet. I'd expect it to happen prior to next on-cycle

What geo are you at... aka are there any differences between SF/NYC and other offices? Also curious on the target bonus percentage. FWIW, my As3 base is $165k with a 100% bonus target and no carry. However, I'm outside of NYC/SF.
