Does anyone have a list of PE shops that recruit straight out of UG?
And do these places recruit through summer internships?
I have seen a few people go straight into some big PE shops. Most of these did summers at banks.

Thank you for sharing this. I have heard about permira and blackstone before. Do you know which of these firms run summer internships? And/or who hires full time without an internship programme?
Blackstone does summer and offcycle internships, and all graduates analysts that I've seen there did an internship before.
3i and Permira do offcycle internships, but the internship is not a condition nor a guarantee to get the full-time.
SilverLake does not offer internships
