Pension / SWF Pay London 2023?

Anyone know what the large pensions like CPP, OTPP, PSP, etc. pay in London for Analysts and Associates? Same with SWFs like GIC, Temasek, etc.? Base + bonus figures would be great. In the process with two, but haven't been quoted a figure yet. Going for AN role, with promo to ASO in next promotion cycle if good performance, so both AN and ASO figures would be very helpful. Thanks!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the compensation for Equity Analyst roles in London can vary. For instance, a research associate at a Capital/T Rowe/Henderson type place can earn up to £60k salary with a bonus capped at 30%. Junior analysts at a L/S HF with 2-3 years SS experience can earn a salary anywhere from £70-100k, with a discretionary bonus structure for the first few years.

However, it's important to note that these figures might be a bit outdated and the impact of MIFID 2 on the sell-side is not exactly known. Generally, it seems that salaries have been creeping up and variable compensation has been going down.

For the Canadian pension funds, if you start as an associate, you can expect to make a salary of 90-110k+ and bonuses range from 30-50%.

Unfortunately, I don't have the specific figures for CPP, OTPP, PSP, GIC, and Temasek in London. But I hope this gives you a general idea of what to expect. Remember, compensation can vary greatly depending on the fund and the role. Good luck with your process!
