People with crazy eyes in IB / PE?

Am I the only one who picks up on these super intense not blinking types in private equity and investment banking? Is it a symptom of good deal flow or top quartile returns? 

Two of my VPs have Elizabeth Holmes type eyes. Anyone see the same?
