Placement Agent (Rede, Campbell Lutyens) VP / MD COMP

Hi,

Does anyone have any intel about comp that can be expected at MD/VP level at a reputable placement agent (Rede, Campbell Lutyens), or a private funds group of an EB (Evercore, PJT, Lazard). Understanding is at Analyst level comp is comparable to IB but unsure of progression.

Thanks in advance.
