Possible to go from NYC IB to London to US MM PE?

I'm an incoming IB analyst and trying to plan my career out a bit. My plan has always been to live in London for 2 years and then come back to the US. Possible options are:

An. NYC IB -> Aso. London IB -> VP US MM PE (Office transfer from NYC to London)

An. NYC IB -> Aso. London MF PE -> VP US MM PE

An. NYC IB -> Aso. NYC MF PE -> Aso. London MF PE -> VP US MM PE (Office transfer from NYC to London)

Is it possible to move from NYC IB to London PE? Which path would would have the highest rate of success? Want to get to MM PE in 6 years. I know it will be difficult but would be ideal career moves for me.
