Trying to build a benchmark of remote working rules for the post-Covid period. How many days will you be allowed to work remotely? Are you allowed to work from another city / country? Do you have to be in NYC/ London? Just trying to get some best practices and what's being discussed across the street.

I work for a smaller, single-office firm. Previously we were very facetime-heavy but the vast majority have elected to work remotely since COVID. I’m thinking that “normal” once this is over will be in the office for 3 days a week on average, with WFH the other days. Partners haven’t made it clear if the WFH days will be at your individual choice (say I want to WFH M/W one week but T/R the next), or if it will be mandated (like everyone has the option to WFH on W and F).
