Post-MBA recruiting after 3 YOE

Incoming analyst at SLP/Vista that was admitted to Stanford GSB's deferred enrollment program. The longest you can defer is three years. Was wondering would I be at a disadvantage for post MBA recruiting since I'd have 3 YOE instead of the typical 4 YOE or would I be at an advantage since I'd have 3 YOE in PE, while my peers likely would have 2 YOE in PE. Would I have to do a year as a senior ASO before getting the VP promote or could I still just go straight in at the level of my graduating class. I am also a diversity candidate if that matters.
