Pymetrics test for Blackstone Summer Intern - one attempt for life or yearly attempt?

I have been asked to finish off my application process for Blackstone summer analyst position 2025. As part of that they asked me to do the Pymetrics game for BX.

Now since I’m already late in application cycle and unlikely to even get the offer, my question is doing the test likely detrimental because:

Do you do the test only once in your life and the results stick with you or can you do it again next application cycle without your previous score being used to determine your chance to to the next round?

Is it worth risk of practicing if I will likely do poorly in the test?
